Excellent service from a knowledgeable staff. Great value for money. Several issues with the shipping company which was not caused by Galatents directly. However there was a delay caused by a lazy driver - which could have been critical - fortunately solved. Delighted with the tent which worked well for our Platinum Jubilee celebrations.

Not opened product yet as will when move house in a few days time. Quick delivery. Delivery driver was unpleasant. Became very angry when I asked for the product to be put by the side gate. 3 meters from front door!! Stormed off and aggressively opened van. Then storming up and down drive with items. Disgusting behaviour. The items were incredibly heavy and I struggled to move them to the garden.

As a long time gazebo purchaser, spending money every time the gazebo broke under the strain of a small gust of wind. I wish that I had bought this marquee earlier! Such a strong shelter, with the lights and heater I added later it was a great outdoor party space. Great service from the guys too as I wanted it in time for the jubilee weekend and they sorted it out in time. It is a lot bulkier than a cheap gazebo but definitely well worth the extra you pay for this quality. Highly recommend

Wonderful product, printed to order

Great customer service - kept me informed at all stages of delivery. Canopy was a replacement for an old one we'd had quite a few years. Fitted perfectly - brilliant choice of colours. Will be back again in future when this canopy has had its day. For information - we put the gazebo up at beginning of Summer and it stays there until end of Autumn. So good quality and durable. Will but from Gala Tents again when i need to.

Good product good service shame about the delivery

One invoice, two parcels arriving a week apart despite both stated dispatched and out for delivery. Poor courier service, had to contact Gala 3 times to resolve this issue.

Looking good so far. Previous gala gazebo pole bags wore badly. Hopefully these will be better.

Had a test build today ahead of a festival next weekend. Quality kit, easy to build, just missing a couple of wing bolts, which I'll request through customer services.

The gazebo frame purchased replaces a second hand one that has been in use for approx nine years. It was the heavy duty commercial grade version and was becoming rather worn at the joints plus it was indeed very heavy to handle. The new frame one grade down from this and also the Compact version is very much easier to handle and can be erected by one person (if you have patience ). Over the years we have been very satisfied with Gala products with perhaps one exception.On both of the canopies we have used the stitching on the corner tie down rings has failed and without access to an industrial type sewing machine this is very difficult to repair. I would suggest greater reinforcement would be a good idea.R Britton FL Photography

Good sturdy gazebo would of give 5 stars but all the eye holes you put your legs in to secure sides tore and became loose due to wind
