A massive thanks to Chris at Gala Tent, we purchased a 12 x 6 marquee last year which we are very pleased with, we needed to purchase some additional end panels in time for a market we are holding unfortunately they were out of stock but Chris went above and beyond to source them for us. The gazebo I ordered is fine but the delivery process was poor. The item had not been delivered when tracking information said it had been, the packaging box was ripped and the protective cover for the gazebo was torn. I emailed Gala Tent to advise them of this but only got a reply when I chased them and this was belated and did not specifically address the points I made. Communication / customer service does not appear to be their strong point!

Excellent service, delivered earlier than expected, top quality and presentation, easy to erect, and contained in its own storage bags. More than satisfied with it as well as previous items we purchased which have given many years good service. Any lost parts were easily re-odered, and quickly delivered.

I have been using Gala tent from a very long time , using it for my catering business ( outdoor live cooking ) Yes it’s a first class quality and resist any worst weather ) Definetly this products deserves 5 Stars which I have given whole heartedly.

I ordered 2 inflatable Chesterfield sofas over the phone . The guy I spoke to was very nice . I received my sofas the very next day . Which is amazing and the sofas are of excellent quality . U ordered them for the use when I go into caravan . At the moment my husband is using one of them in the spare room when he goes on his computer. And they are very comfortable. Definitely would recommend this company again to anyone .

I always buy Gazebos from Gala as they are such good quality. I have had to deduct a star due to poor customer service not keeping me up to date as my gazebo was delayed.

Excellent service. I ordered 2 inflatable Chesterfield sofas. I ordered them around 2pm and they were here the very next day. Absolutely one hundred percent service and the quality of the sofas are amazing . I would definitely recommend this company and the sofas. I cannot wait to go away with them .

The gazebo pro 50 I bought is of very strong construction and we'll made.However the canopy colour faded quite dramatically in the sun. After lengthy discussions with customer services and after my initial warranty claim was declined I am pleased to say my warranty claim was agreed and a new canopy was delivered free of charge to me.
