Gala tents are robust and reliable. Exactly what is needed especially when trading outdoors with UK weather to withstand. After many years of regular use and despite being battered by 52 mph gusts this year our Gala gazebos remained upright, solid and safe enough to continue trading whilst protecting our fragile stock from damage. After this onslaught, however, we found that some minor tlc was needed to maintain the strength and integrity of both gazebos so 2 spare parts were ordered and after a small initial hiccup they were delivered and fitted last weekend ensuring many more years of use from our old but still solid gazebos. What a great company this is, needed to replace 2 x side arms for our gazebo. Website very easy to use, good price and fast dispatch. Wouldn't go anywhere else for Gazebos, etc.

Basically happy with the tent we purchased. However, the canopy was damaged and had to be replaced. I do not understand how the damage occurred but Gala concluded it was caused by weather and encouraged me to carry out a risk assessment. Not sure what I can do to comply with this. How does one carry out an assessment on the British weather?

As with my first order placed with Gala Tents, first class service when contacting your sales department. Very prompt delivery and well packed. I confess, I have not ordered these 'panels' for a marquee but to protect my front door from the severe wind and rain, my cottage faces south, down an open valley. I now used my previous two panels to protect my logs, your panels are far better quality than tarpaulins you can purchase in large DIY stores. David Klapper first class

We needed replacement tent top after 15 years, not only dis they have the details of our original order, but a repalcement was delivered on schedule 2 days later. Excellent service.

After many years of service in all weathers, one of our stay straps was showing wear. I was really pleased to he able to buy a replacement set of four, including four new ground pegs at a very reasonable cost. Set for many more years now!
