Gala tents are great however the website lets them down with lack of information and even their customer service team seem unsure about product details. Also part of my order sat in the couriers depot damaged and I never got it for the date and event I ordered it for. Ordered Monday for next day delivery and only half arrived Thursday. Replacement didn't arrive until Saturday afternoon by which time wedding was in full swing. Great product let down by lack of detail on website and delivery

Brilliant customer service, I rang to enquire about which patch I needed for our gala tent, and they even found our old invoice from years ago to make sure I selected the correct one! I then ordered online and the patches were delivered the very next day! The only reson I haven't given the full 5 stars is that there are no instructions available for using the repair kit patches. Thank you Gala Tent for such good service!

Fantastic product couldn’t be happier with the pro 50 gazebos I purchased a wonderful recommended alternative to the marquees that were sold out. Really helpful staff. Would recommend to anyone personally or professionally. The delivery company however really let the whole process down and would not recommend using them to anyone.

Frame nice and sturdy aluminium so shouldn't rust; cover and sides waterproof, was quite stiff to put up the first time but hopefully will get better with time if not the wd40 will have to come out .The design of the side walls has changed from the video the ground bars now have to be pushed through a pocket at the bottom of the walls, this shouldn't be a problem although tricky if in a confined space, what lets it down is that the ground bars which are in contact with the ground, after one use in the rain and left up for only two days are showing rust and will stain the bottom of the walls over time

The process of ordering is a bit of a wind-up. Instead of just ordering and paying for the repair patch, there are a couple of hoops to jump through, nothing serious, just unnecessary. A couple of days after placing the order an email arrives with an invoice. After downloading, the payment can be made. Then a few days later another email arrives asking you to choose a delivery date from a given list. This done, the item duly arrives. Someone should tell them about PayPal or similar. The repair patch measures 8' x 6' so not very generous and there were no instructions as to the type of adhesive included. I will have to look online to see if I can find if it's applied to one or both surfaces, is it a contact adhesive, what the curing time may be, is there any scope for adjustment?All part of the rich tapestry of life, why make things straight forward?

It's good to have sales staff on the phone that know their product, can advise professionally and complete the sale in a business like manner. Then to follow up and communicate the progress etc. Very easy company to deal with. Five star service but only 4 stars as the product I purchased was double booked. Took a non preferred colour instead as I needed the tent more than the colour.

Would of been a 5 star but delivery was slower then described. The pop up Gazebo itself is great value for money and customer service was helpful. Would purchase again

Delivered promptly as expected. I already have 2 heaters so bought a third with a post bracket to hold them. However disappointed that white heaters are fitted with a black electric cable unlike my existing heaters which have white cables to match. otherwise excellent heaters.
