We bought the 3 x 4.5m it's first outing was in the wind and rain on top of a hill and it was the only gazebo that survived! Very pleased with our purchase and would recommend heartily, particularly with the thicker legs.

Great quality and service. I have another manufacturers awning which is fairly good but I was recently given a gala tent roof and walls and they fitted (reasonably well) but I saw others using the ground bars so ordered them from gala tent. Arrived next day and they fitted my existing frame fairly well (not exactly but good enough) these really helped firm up my awning along with the latent roof and walls which are a better quality than the one I had before. Certainly took a wee but longer to set up ( I use it in the pits at motorcycle races Knockhill and East Fortune in Scotland). Can be a bit breezy and the superior quality of Gala Tent gear shine through. I need to get a gala tent aluminium hex 40 frame to replace the steel one I currently have now…. I wish I had gotten a gala tent awning to start with - ah the beauty of hindsight eh?

Great canopy roof, good quality and fast shipping.

After a thorough internet search and a few site visits (I've played in brass bands under all sorts of tents!) I bought a 6 x 6 marquee, semi-permanently erected over a paved area for the last 10 years. It needed a new canopy after a tree shed a huge bough on the original, and a couple of replacement joints after more storm damage. Brilliant spare parts service every time, and overall excellent value for money. Not the cheapest, but quality remains when the price has been forgotten! Recommended.

Needed a replacement leg for a gazebo purchased a good few years. Absolutely brilliant service tracing the correct model so the correct leg was purchased. And, to add to the brilliant service - the replacement arrived the next day by courier.

I asked for a strong durable and quality 3 x 3 gazebo that will have to deal with all weather conditions at agricultural shows - and being banged into by show cattle. Thats exactly what i got, a strong yet managable to errect and remove (with 2 peolpe). Well done and highly recommended. I never give anything top marks as there is always room for improvement. In this case i thankfully got what i paid for. Buy with confidence.

Needed replacement top for gala gazebo ordered few years ago. Frame is as new but top faded over 3 years. This is same one good quality and easily fits on.

It’s such a shock these days to receive high quality carefully made items. It shouldn’t be but sadly it is. Everything about this company is excellent. Check handles my call-again a pleasant surprise to be able to speak to an actual human being! I wasn’t sure which model to go for and he answered my questions honestly and recommended the 40 instead of the 50 model and it was with me in 24 hours. I also didn’t realise it was potato get spares and repairs if and when I need them-again a pleasant suprise!
