We bought our gazebo some months ago and have been rely impressed with both the product and the service we have received from Gala Tent. At first we had a slight issue with the canopy however, the mark of a great company is not how they treat you when all is right, but how they respond when things are wrong! Gala Tent were excellent in that after sending them a picture of the issue, a replacement was sent out straight away and they collected the faulty canopy a few days later at our request, so top marks here. Initially we needed the gazebo to set up base camp for a really big garden building project, and something to store supplies and operate out of with good protection from the variety of British weathers, and it hasn’t disappointed. The gazebo itself was easy to put up with two people and has been standing rock sold through strong winds, heavy rain and has been great with the sides down for shelter from the sun. With the garden building now almost complete we will be taking it down soon after months of work, and putting it on standby for when we start trading with our range of products, knowing with confidence that it will serve us well in the years ahead whatever the weather throws at us.
