Once again outstanding customer service. Excellent product. Loving our gazebo in the garden. Decided to buy two side walls to add to existing gazebo for a bit of shelter from the weather making our outdoor space in all weathers. Love the side as have windows in which giving us light. Impressed with how easy they attached to the gazebo and how sturdy they are. Love my gala gazebo wouldn’t waste money purchasing a cheap alternative. Ordered 3x3 Hex 50 with sides and bag. Asked for Monday delivery instead of next day, Delivered bang on time. 2nd time ordering from Galatent, always great service and quality.

Arrived but the outer packing was severely damaged. The bands had cut into the outer box. I raised concerns before opening and was advised to open and feedback. Due to the high quality of the frame there was no damage and the gazebo was excellent. Customer service was very responsive. Product was expensive but worth it for the quality.

Everything went as expected. Heavy duty pets worked like a dream thank you

All parts are available for them and the staff obviously know what they are talking about when it comes to ordering spare parts. Used our Gala 40 Pro this weekend. Great Gazebo for shows and events. Sturdy and well built. Written instructions would make this a five star product. A QR code is a neat idea for instructions but totally useless in a show ground with no mobile signal. Otherwise a solid investment and probably the best Gazebo money can but
