We needed a strong quality tent for our local conservation group. Darren was very helpful throughout the ordering and purchase process. The artwork department gave us good advice as to the requirements for printing the group name and logo. Payment was easy and dispatch was arranged for a convenient time. The tent arrived very well packed and in perfect condition. All in all we were very impressed and would certainly use Gala Tent again and recommend them.

Replacement 3x6 marquee cover. Had the marquee for a few years now- stays up permanently. Needed our first replacement cover during lockdown and there were delays on stock so settled for a compatible one from eBay, it was cheap £109, lasted 2 years with lost of repairs needed. So pleased Gala had stock this time. More expensive but certainly get what you pay for. The ease of fit, quality feel and look is superb. The frame is still as good as new, though have self fitted Extra pins to the bottom and strong corner guy ropes. Customer service was efficient, helpful and informative. Delivery was super fast too. Stock permitting will be sticking with Gala products.

Just purcased a 3m x 3m Gala Shade Pro 50 Gazebo. Top class quality, best i've seen. Outstanding customer service, cannot fault. Would definitely recommend or purchase again if required.

I was provided with excellent service, had a good discussion on telephone prior to order. Sent me a tent material sample prior to purchase to better understand the quality. I received my Gala tent within 24 hours of placing my order. Delivery driver was also very helpful

My second purchase of a pop up pro gazebo from Gala Tent. This time i purchased the gala pro 50 6m x 3m. Quality is second to none. You buy it knowing its going to last..... So whilst it may be a financial outlay, it soon pays for itself as you do not have to keep replacing like other inferior pop up gazebos. I honestly can`t fault the products or the service that i have received from Gala tent.

following a scheme to revive a town market in Aberystwyth we were sourcing gazebos , lucky we came across Gala Tent's our contact there Mark has been very helpful , and on delivery and first erection of our gazebos we were impressed on how strong and heavy duty they were to stand the elements , we opted for the Pro 50 gazebo and boy were glad we did , it should last us a good few years - so it does pay off to go for something quality - thank you :)

Excellent value, easy to set up and dismantle although it stands as a semi permanent car porch then called into action as a gazebo for our outdoor dining. Stunning value for money.

From our first enquiry our customer service agent was extremely helpful but not pushy. We were not able to order straight away but when we went back to them a couple of weeks later they were still very helpful and pricing was the same. The service was efficient and delivery quick. It was very nice not to be 'hassled' but to have very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant sales staff. Would certainly recommend.
