Very helpful member of staff - Lee. very knowledgeable and made the purchase a pleasure. Disappointed at stock availability and choice. I couldn't purchase the side walls I wanted. Product is great quality, well made and easy to erect. I would recommend the product.

The tent parts came and we fitted them without any trouble.

I found the website description of the item misleading, hence I ordered in error as the delivered item wasn't what I was expecting. However, the service was superb and my refund was dealt with courteously and promptly.

Good quality product and fast delivery. Sadly the 2.5m distance from the plug to the first light is too short and you end up with the plug hanging 2m from the ground so you have to have a connection hanging from the marque.

The order was quickly delivered but there was a mix up on when the tent arrived that caused some problems. Solution - ask staff talking to customers to be more explicit about when the goods will arrive by defining date and estimated time if possible.Otherwise we've used the tent and are very pleased with it. Good quality and everything we need is included

The Gala-Tex flooring for marquees is light weight to transport but is heavy enough when installed on grass to provide a stable flooring. We have found that only the joints and the entrances need to be pegged down - the other outside edges will stay in place with out pegging down. The material is relatively durable and will support table legs (we are use the Gopak aluminium tables) other light weight furniture from Gala Tents would also be ok to use on this flooring. Very heave items with small footings would break through the netting. The look of a complete 9 x 9 metre Burgundy Gala-Tex flooring is superb and finishes off the marquee. Pete Kay

5 STAR what more can I write

Gazebo excellent, and sturdy when put up, especially when you put the weights around the feet. The bag with wheels is a very welcome included part, and fits well around structure. One suggestion would be to make the handles at each end of bag part of a web loop around the bag, rather than sewn onto a web loop - the point being is that where stitching is put under tension pulling away as bag lifted, it is beginning to fail. Will probably buy another with different colour top soon.

brilliant bit of kit but would have preferred zips on the doors like last time

Tent is OK, but I was surprised that it was very difficult to lace up a brand new tent - when I got to the final panels to close the tent, there was an inch gap.The dutch lacing system on the PVC cover is much better than the zip system on cheaper tents, but I was a little annoyed that I did not have any tie down strap, and the ordering system did not prompt me to buy any. Fortunately I have a couple spare from my main tent.Overall I am very pleased with the new gala tent, although the PVC is a bit 'squeaky, but I hope that will reduce over time. I also ordered the hexangonal bolts, as I have found in the past the wing nuts are very difficult to use, especially in year two, and it is easier to get a good tight fit with an allen key, although you MUST BE CAREFUL not to overtighten these bolts. It was a great shame that the carrier (TNT) only delivered 8 of the 9 packages, but it arrived eventually.
