This is my first gala tent very easy to erect also all parts available at reasonable prices and Excellent service
1. erection- for first time installers- more detailed instructions would be useful. Info from video of interest but without wifi at site- only relying on memory.2. dismantling- OK3. packaging- OK for delivery but not for long term storage. Somewhat disappointed to note that admin/packaging charge of £10- applies even when purchasing 2 bags (and same cost for complete marquee?)for the canopy.As this item was not provided in initial purchase package and its purchase was decided upon after receipt of boxes and true appreciation of need for bags. This item has been addressed by contact by telephone- worthwhile doing in the event of further queries/concerns as the customer services person was understanding.4. would still recommend purchase for others as equipment appears to be sturdy.5. drying of canopies/side covers- very necessary and thus if marquee left overnight- ensure flow of air to assist in keeping internal surfaces drier.
the gazebos is a good product , unfortunately the carry case is not , the bolts to secure the wheels are useless
As normal 1st class service its just a shame the dance floor clips break so often as they are not cheap to replace when you add in the handling charge.

Excellent service and excellent quality product ,I bought a cheap gazebo that lasted for no longer than 30 minutes literally now in bin. The gala tent is far superior and well worth the extra money than the cheep one, the frame thickness when it broke was the same as a soft drinks can. And yes it is probably the one you are thinking of that is advertised everywhere .The gala frame i bought is solid steel and sturdy. Highly recommend the gala tent.

Great quality and great price. I would definitely recommend this product.
I bought a new roof for an older marquee frame and it fitted perfectly. The new pvc is thicker and so far seems easier to clean because the fabric patterning isn't so deep, though bird poo stains if you don't clean it off fairly quick.
