Very poor communication regarding delivery. Next day delivery took 5 days and arrived without notice at 8am. The driver didn't bring the boxes to my door, they were dumped on my drive. I had to bring them to the house myself. A poor carrier to say the least. The marquee appears decent quality. Poor assembly instructions and the instruction video they refer to doesn't exist any more according to the website. The Gala Tent logos are way to big, ugly, numerous and over powering. They will be cut off soon. I tried to leave 1 and 2 star reviews but their system wouldn't load it. Seems they only want to post good news! This is not a 4 star review by a long shot.

Great customer service, friendly and helpful. Really easy to deal with. We bought the Fusion marquee, really good sturdy product. Very happy with my purchase. Delivery was on time and all went smoothly. Happy to recommend and use again :-)

Loved our marquee, a few parts were missing. But gala tent did an amazing job replacing them free of charge and in a speedy manner. Absolutely loved my experience with them

I mistakenly purchased from another supplier and soon discovered that the quality would not last a summer. Therefore with a Google search discovered Gala, purchased online and delivered next day within a one hour time slot. By no means the cheapest, but I have found this to be a first class product, exactly as described on the website. Heavy material as soon as you pick the delivery box up you can feel the weight. Strengthening patches in all of the corners and at the stress points. Sturdy corner rings well attached to the cover for guy ropes. Overall I am very pleased with the quality and design features of the cover, and would have no hesitation to recommend to anyone.

First class product, First class service from a phone call to acertain what product I would like from payment to delivery, everything was super fast and brilliant quality . Can't recommend them enough. Can't wait to use our Gazebo . Thank you all. You have a great team.

Great Gazebo arrived quickly only negative was one of the struts were broken and two badly bent no fault of Gala it got damaged in transit. gala were brilliant and sent out replacement struts straight away

A great gazibo. I have had a 3m x 3m Gala gazibo for some 20 years and it has been fantastic. This year I needed a larger model 3m x 6m and went for the new 60mm frame. What a fantastic product, very strong and totally waterproof - should last me anither 20 years. Thank you Gala.
