I originally ordered my gazebo too big so I had to ring Gala and ask to down size. They were so helpful from start to finish. I took it back myself to make sure i picked the right one this time. They had staff waiting to show me what I needed, how to put it up and replaced it the minute they could see the original one i ordered had no damage. I was in and out in less than an hr. The balance was reimbersed swiftly and I've used it 3 times so far. Quality is superb and i can have it up on my own in a few minutes. 100% satisfied won't use anybody else from now on!

i first came across the Gala tent brand a couple years ago when my wife hired some leisure equipment for the summer. This came with a pop up gazebo and i quickly noticed the durability and quality of the construction. I have since shopped around and could not find another Gazebo comparable in terms of build quality, function and price. I purchased the 3x6 meter pop up with bag, sides etc. and was not disappointed. where i live it is quite exposed to strong winds as i am in a rural location, however this and the heavy rain did not cause a single issue with the gazebo, very pleased! to anyone looking for a gazebo to have for a long time that is reliable and durable this is the one. with after service care, spare and alternative parts available and very helpful customer service i will always recommend Gala tent..

Great service. Had our marque since 2009 and three panels needed replacing. Checked what I wanted on the web site and then rang to ensure I had the right material etc. advice was positive and helpful. Delivery was within two days. Thanks.

Customer set very helpful and product looks great when assembled. Looks very strong and hard wearing. Wright decision to buy the PVC version. The only thing I would like to know is how to tie down the leg covers when erected on hard service with sides on. They keep blowing around if not tied down.

This is the seventh Gala Pro-50 marquee I have purchased for Clophill Archery Club. We now have 5, 6 x 3m and 2, 3 x3 m. If the last purchase is as good as the others there will be no problems. They are easy to erect and in the years we have had them stood up to all that has been thrown at them. Weather, wear and tear etc.One of the features we like is that all the component parts are available should anything untoward happen. I do have an issue with the purchase of the last one, a 3 x 3m item. With all the others there were included hold down straps and heavy duty stakes. These were not this time.I filled in their standard form on line asking about this, a couple of days later I had a phone call from a rather officious person who asked what the issue was. This after I had gone to great lengths to explain what the problem was, by his own admission he had not bothered to read my submission.It appears these now cost an extra £25 or so. The main marquee is good but their after sales manner needs working on.I suspect I will hear no more of this.Regards Terry
