After watching the £100 pop up gazeebo fly over the fence after smallest gust of wind, I decided to look for an alternative. Initially looking at building a wooden structure, which to be honest was going to cost a fortune to build, we came across Gala Tents. After watching a couple of the YouTube video's and looking through the gallery at the various set-ups, we were intrigued at the idea, and if it was a good as it looked. We ordered the 3m x 3m marquee with the optional ground bars, as we were looking to install on a decked surface. After consulting with Lee of the sales team to discuss the robustness of the marquee, we placed the order. True to their word Botha he marquee & ground bar kit arrived the following day. It has Ben in use in our garden now for the last couple of months and everyone who has visited has been really impressed and amazed at the quality and size. It has been put to great use so far this summer for and now beyond as it now covers our recently installed hot tub. This product is nothing short of 5 stars and can.t praise it enough. If you are looking for something that can work in all weathers for your garden or outdoors event, then look know further. I have had the pop up gazeebo's, parasol's and the rest and this beats the lot hands down.

Good quality marquee but after-sales service hopeless. Tried to register warranty but website said invoice not consigned. Tried to contact with Live Chat but no response and the message I left has not resulted in any contact from Gala

The service was good and the tent performed very well on its first outing. The main drawbacks are (1) the frame is very heavy (Pro 40) and I shudder to think what the Pro 50 is like and (2) possibly as a result the carry bag is already starting to break apart - possibly due to it being dragged along the floor as the wheeling system is also not seemingly up the job. If you are able to make the frame lighter and/or the carry bag and wheels more robust this would be a great help

The Pro 50 is an excellent bit of kit, very sturdy, quality throughout and very reassuring to know parts are replaceable and a very helpfu and knowledgeable team are readily available.

Recently bought a 3x3mtr pop up gazebo Pro 50 with loads of accessories. The gazebo and associated bits are absolutely first rate and without a doubt the best gazebo we have ever owned ( and we have owned quite a few ). We operate a mobile business which involves putting up / taking down every couple of days. Easy to do, and the frame is so strong it should last for years.The only problems we have had is with the sky banner. Although the quality of the materials are excellent, the fit leaves something to be desired. We are now on our third one, which, although it now fits the supporting poles, because there is no central support, it sags dramatically when erected. This is the only thing we have bought from Gala that we couldn't recommend. We now clip it over the half side at the front so that it can be seen and read. Everything else is top quality and does an excellent job.The staff at Gala are very friendly and will try to advise and sort any problems you might get.Overall, a good company, good staff and good product.

Good product, good service. Like the strength of the tents. Dislike the fact the canvas bag has sharp screws that damaged my decking when pulling it leaned over.

The products are fine but the delivery was delayed without any reason given by the carrier. The tracking stated a delivery was tried and a POD raised but not actually received at the delivery address! So poor delivery by APC marks the review down.CT

Good easy stuff to repair the gazebo canopy, easy to use, strong fabric

I bought a gala marquee 10 years ago & it has had plenty of use 8 to 12 times a year and it still looks good, the roof leeks a little BUT when the time comes to replace the marquee it will be a GALA MARQUEE with out a doubt
