Replacement trusses for a Gala Shade Pro 40 ordered Friday, delivered very promptly to carrier APC Overnight by Saturday. APC then took seven days to deliver and that only after being chased up twice after the package had been 'out for delivery' five days running, with the driver reporting he had 'run out of time' to deliver it.
