The service we recieved in helping our charity buy a gala tent was 100%. We looked online and ordered what we thought we needed and recieved a phone call next day from Darren Perry one of the sales team . He went through the order and found we didn't need the size we ordered . He advised us on what we needed and helped sort our order . From that phone call we were contacted and every stage our order was going through even down to the wording we had put on . Mellisa was the one sorting this and she also kept us informed . We ordered the 8m x 4m Gala Tent and cannot fault it one bit. The tent is very sturdy, even without the ground bars, and has a great thick canvas with it too. Hopefully will be back to buy another one to go side by side.
