I'm really happy with my gazebo which I purchased for my small business to enable me to exhibit at local shows. Everyone I spoke to at Gala was very helpful, answered all my questions and rang me back promptly. The first time we put it up in the garden , the frame was a bit stiff to open, but after using it 3 times now, it's so much easier, I guess it was just stiff. The bright orange top is brilliant and showed up over other tents and caravans so people knew where we were! The quality is excellent, I love it!

I have 2 Gala marquess and wanted some replacement parts I phoned to make an order and was greeted by an extremely knowledgeable person who immediately looked up my purchase from years before and was able to supply the parts on a next day delivery...amazing service!

Generally everything has been really positive. The gazebo is excellent quality, and the sturdiness is just what we were looking for. A couple of minor niggles are the lack of instructions on how to integrate different aspects, for example how sand bags are supposed to fit on the legs when the side walls are in place, and how the ground bars are supposed to fit alongside the sandbags. All the instructions are for each item separately. We also feel the wrap around banner could be attached more easily - it's a bit of a struggle for one person do attach on their own. Some D rings on the top corners of the canopy would've helped hugely.

Gala Tents are a pleasure to work with, as a company we do a lot of outdoor tradeshows throughout the summer and the 3m x 4.5m pro 40 handled everything the weather could throw at it. once anchored down it really stayed strong in the hi winds which allowed our customers to brows safely and give us peace of mind we weren't going to blow away. we also went for the ground bar option which really helps to get the legs straight and give extra support as you can thread the bars though the walls making it very sturdy. we will be buying another to extend for next years shows
