A very worthwhile investment, I have had the PVC 3x4 marquee up all year in the garden providing shelter from sun and rain. Gala Tent get me out of trouble again! Yikes . . . I hadn't checked what was in the shed. I knew it was a 10 x 4 and it had Gala logos on it. Having used Gala before I was confident that it would work but I hadn't done my homework and hadn't checked it before the event. So I hurredly dug it all out again and started counting all the bits. No probs. Well, until I unpacked the roof canopy . . . a pot of paint had fallen on it and it was far from white. With only TWO days to go I rang Gala. I love shopping on line but I needed that personal reassurance of getting a spare top canopy in time. I was able to talk to a freindly and helpful staff member who checked they had one, sorted my payment, despite poor phone reception and It arrived next day! Blooming brilliant service and needless to say it fitted the fame, all the holes matched the existing eaves and sides and it looked great for the event. You can rely on Gala. MW

We recently damaged two of the groundbars Corner joints. I spoke to a very professional and knowledgeable member of customer support. He took me through the order and payment process. The replacements arrived the next day. Could not have been a better or simpler process thanks to your help. Definitely recommend your products my gazebo is a few years old now but still.looks like new and our friends love to party or dine in it.

Gala gazebo for domestic use received a few days ago, up got the first time today. Initial impression: it’s good quality construction the frame, canopy and side walls are very robust. A bit heavier than anticipated ,we are elderly but still managed assembly. Should be easier once we get accustomed to doing it. Instructions, both written and video are a bit basic and don’t cover the sidewalls, not a major issue. Still working out the best use of the guy ropes and pegs and will probably pop along to the local camp shop for a few more pegs for the plastic borders to the sidewalls. Overall very pleased. I must say I wanted pink and boy, I got pink!Finally there was a little problem with delivery, excellent after sales service from Jade. Thank you

I am repeated customer of the heavy duty tent pegs, they are excellent when in the ground and very secure and sturdy, I got them to hang large punch bag from metal ground pole
