Gala Shade Pro Gazebo Infill Sidewall (Black) - Pair

After previously owning a buffalo gazebo, I found out that they do not conform to British fire ratings. I took the plunge and ordered the Pro 50. It's an outstanding bit of kit. I won't go into specifics, but if you was to pick individual details from point of sale to end product. ie: service, Canopy, frame, bag, delivery every detail is 5*. Worth every penny in my eyes.

Quality service as usual, had a manufacturing fault on once of the bags, and y got sorted ASAP. Thankyou

I cannot recommend Gala Tent enough. Their gazebos are extremely easy to set-up, robust (especially in torrential conditions) and look amazing with custom branding. Their customer service is extremely personable and accommodating to every need. Great team, an awesome company - I wouldn't dream of getting gazebo's elsewhere!

I had lots of questions, many technical, but the sales process was very thorough and they took the time needed to make sure that all of my questions were answered.Delivery was very quick once the order was placed and everything arrived well packaged.I have used many gazebos and marquees throughout my career in the events industry, and Gala Tent gazebos are among the best I have seen in terms of quality and strength. Nylon inserts in places where many other manufacturers don't put them, high quality aluminium, and a good, solid design overall.I did have a couple of minor issues with some of the strengthening components, all down to a misunderstanding of my exact requirements, but in these situations you can tell a lot about a company by how well they resolve the issue. The appropriate parts were sent out on a next day delivery at no charge, and the matter was brought to a swift and satisfactory close.Great work by what seems to be a very small team, under pressure from a huge recent growth in business.

Gala Tent has nice customer service but the thing that sell their products is the quality! I'm in to racing and have a 3x6meter gazeboo as padoc tent. The one i have now is 8-10 years and still in good shape. I bought a spare roof for it now as the old one starts to get thin.Downside is their shipping prices to Sweden is way to high!
