Would of given 4 stars if it wasn't for the delay in delivery. Once it was delivered and in the end your customer service lady was extremelly helpful my husband found it easy to put up. The gazebo appears very sturdy and is weighted down with your weights. We will be taking extra precautions and drilling into the ground. The fabric of the gazebo is great and love the colour. Can't wait to use it in the coming months. Our hot tub has a new home. Overall very happy with our purchase and would recommend

We bought our first Gala tent more than 15 years ago. We have used it for countless parties now. Excellent service from this company, always very helpful on the phone. Just imagine - you can ALWAYS speak to someone straight away! How often can you say that about an organisation. We’ve just bought a new canopy in preparation for our next party in June 2022!

Excellent product, bought 8x4m marquee to cover an above ground pool for winter. Gala suggested by pool company. Took a couple of days to allow new concrete to set for groundbar leg anchoring points and drilling into old concrete, but erection then was easy. Expected difficulty ln erecting over a 1.5m high pool but managed by three people by assembling roof structure on top of pool and pulling cover over top, then lifting legs. Side walls fitted later and all zipped together properly. Remains to see how structure stands up to internal condensation and winter storms .
