The box was all ripped when it was delivered, but the delivery driver warned it had been 'trashed a bit'.Product is very well made and sturdy. We bought some corkscrew pegs and ratchets from Amazon as my garden can get quite windy. It kept it in place. Overall a very well made product. I am very pleased with it. I would recommend not wasting any more money on cheap imitations and get a really robust tent.

what a excellant santa grotto I had.How many people can say they had xmas dinner in there garden.Well I can and what a fantastic time we had in our santa grotto.I PUT IN A SNOW CASCADDING XMAS TREE A 6FOOT SANTA AND A DINNING TABLE FOR 6 PEOPLE.TURNED THE HEATER ON XMAS LIGHTS ON AND OUR XMAS DINNER WAS EXCELLANT.The grotto was expensive but worth every penny.my 86 year old parents loved it.lovely and warm. The grotto stood up to snow rain and bad wind.done me proud.it didn't let in any bad weather at all.holds the heat inside great.The grotto printed walls look a treat.so proud of it.i had a snow machine to .looked and felt like we were in a log cabin.the gala company helped me with everything I needed to make sure I got the right frame work.the weights ground flooring.i couldn't of got any one better.Im very proud of the first class service I received from enquiring through to delivery.Thank you very much gala for the outstanding goods and service.you made 6 people very happy xmas day.what a memory to keep.thank you all at gala and to nathon for all the answers he gave me to my questions.im one happy customer.denise malham

Submitted a warranty claim on a damaged gazebo canopy and although this was not covered by the warranty a free repair kit was offered which arrived next day

Great chairs, just the right height for our table and very sturdy!

Can not fault Gala. I ordered 5 chairs that are sturdy, well made and light and were ideal for extra seating around the dinner table. What really bench marked Gala for me was the delivery company were supposed to deliver to boxes. One box with four chairs and a separate single chair, however they only delivered the 2 of 2 box that consisted of the four chairs.i phoned gala who said they would liase with DPD and guaranteed the delivery the following day. This arrived first thing in the morning but it wasn't the 1 of 2 box, it was a 1 of 1 meaning in the first instance gala had resent another chair to satisfy my order prior to resolving the issue with DPD. I had noticed Gala and this separates you from most others. Many thanks and a happy New Year to you all. Alan
