Excellent friendly service

We bought the heavy duty frame after having had two standard ones blown over and broken. A good frame. The canopy developed tears at two corners after about 40 uses so we had to buy a replacement. Par for the course? I've no idea. Abuse? Accident? Possibly, but don't expect the canopy to be HD as well.

The gazebo is great. The base of the carry bag should have a board to take the weight of the gazebo.

Having had my first Gala Tent Gazebo 5 years ago I wouldn't even consider anything else. No hesitation in buying my second one. Don't be tempted by cheaper, these are the best. My first has ( quite literally ) been the last gazebo standing on one occasion !

The service was first class and the gentleman was very helpful.Delivery was next day.I purchased our 3m x 3m Gala Shade Pro 40 in June 2012, with a white canopy.We have used it in different types of weather, including wind.Once it tipped onto one leg with no problem (thougth I would not recommend it).I can certainly recommend the Pro 40.This time I purchased a new canopy as we wanted to change the colour to purple.I seems that the new canopy is now made from a better material.It seems lighter and more important it slides easier over the frame.This makes erecting it so much easier and less effort.
