Excellent service and lightning speed, in one day

Very pleased with purchase, plus contained on a storage bag. Arrived quickly and packaged well.

My 3rd Gala tent in 20 years, downsized to a 3x3m which as a pensioner I can easily pack the pieces myself in a car boot and only need 5 minutes help from a fellow trader to lift and hold, whilst I add 2 legs and a ratchet strap from the roof joint holding it secure in high winds all day. In my 40 years of trading I've seen heaps of mangled heavy gazebos left lying behind but not one Gala Tent plus easily sold on Gumtree when you decide on a new one. I spray a weatherproof tent spray on all seams when new, redo each year and doesn't leak in heavy rain.Pop a cable tie through the zips to peg to the ground (leave cable tie on to open and close zips), so if you miss hammering in the peg you won't smash the zip!

Great gazebo, I’ve had cheaper ones but they done last, we’ve just had a couple of days of heavy rain and no problems at all. The canvas is still taught, (previous cheap ones have sagged ) It’s very sturdy and well made, highly recommended.

I’ve had a Pro50 gazebo since late 2022 and it’s been in place every day since then. It’s very sturdy, stands up to all weathers and fully waterproof. I just replaced the roof as it was torn by a branch. No problem, easy to do, and looks great. Highly recommended if you need a great quality gazebo

Once again outstanding customer service. Excellent product. Loving our gazebo in the garden. Decided to buy two side walls to add to existing gazebo for a bit of shelter from the weather making our outdoor space in all weathers. Love the side as have windows in which giving us light. Impressed with how easy they attached to the gazebo and how sturdy they are. Love my gala gazebo wouldn’t waste money purchasing a cheap alternative. Thank you to Darren for his levels of knowledge, understanding of what I wanted to achieve, giving me options. Excellent customer service and excellent product. Highly recommend.
