I placed 4 orders over a 2 week period and everything arrived within 3 days and that's to Guernsey in the Channel Islands. The whole set up is super efficient with quote provided almost instantly. The quality of the product is superb be it marquee or gazebo. I had one minor problem with a panel fixing which was dealt with immediately. Five star all the way. One criticism having previously had a marquee from Gala Tent is that the panel fixings are laced rather than zipped but i suppose there is a good reason for this.

The red heat bulb finally gave up,it's lasted ten years not bad ah.Ordered a new one from Gala and came very quick and packed well,a good price and sure it will last another ten years.Have had the Marquee the same time and any parts that I needed came quick and staff are excellent .From GB

I am very pleased with my new Gala shade pro 50 gazebo. The overall quality is superb, the materials used are first class and feel far superior to previous gazebo brands I have had in the past. I did a lot of research before deciding to go with a Gala Tent gazebo and I am very pleased I did.
