I bought the Gala Tent for a family party and it was also used at our Annual Village Fete. On both occasions it was a great success and we are very pleased with it. I looked at the Gala video showing how to erect the Tent which was very helpful. I thought you would like to see how our family did it in just 54 seconds (with the help of a speeded up camera) !

Excellent products and great prices, on the minus side paid the price for some very poor after sales advice when wrong parts were sent in error and ending up having to pay return postage on wrong parts! Left a very bitter taste in the mouth having spent thousands on numerous items when a simple explanation that there a several sizes of A pole depending on the span of the tent would have avoided such an error! Doubt I'll be buying anything else from them again as a consequence!

The sign of a good company is not how they deal with things when everything is going well but how they deal with something when there is a problem. Whilst we had a problem with some of the panels matching in colour. It was dealt with quickly and efficiently, plenty of communication and all quickly resolved without any inconvenience. Couldn't fault product or service provided and would highly recommend.

Hi Guys, Thank you for dispatching the replacement parts so quickly - I received them 08:00 this morning - fabulous! Our marquee is up in time for our party tomorrow and it looks great! I want to compliment Beth on the way she dealt with the issue. Very professional and courteous. I was impressed by the fact she called me a couple of times to keep me informed of what was going on e.g. she’d received the photos, they would go to QA, the decision was to send out replacement items and an apology.
