The gazebo is of exceptional quality provided by a friendly, professional and effective company.when I ordered the gazebo, Gala Tent UK were fast to contact me and provide advice and guidance on the most suitable product for my needs. The friendly and professional approach left me with a positive feeling about the upcoming experience.I was consulted all the way through the design process; I requested a detailed and reasonably complicated design however the design team were thorough and left me in no doubt that i was getting exactly what I had imagined.The manufacture and delivery was unbelievably quick; it was only a matter of a short time before i was being notified that the gazebo was out for delivery. It was delivered with all of the ancillaries well packed and looking perfect.We are extremely happy with the product and the service we have received throughout, I have already recommended Gala Tent UK to other organisations that i know that would benefit from the same quality service that I got.

The Gazebo is amazing! It's strong, pretty and I think we look a lot more professional as a business because sales have gone up. Bit heavy and big but the quality comes at a cost.

Needed a replacement canopy for my gala tent gazebo. Great quality. Brilliant that I can replace canopy alone as my frame was ok. Keeps rain out well. Great purchase all round.

I was unimpressed with the pop up gazebos available from retail outlets so took myself off to the local market and looked at the gazeboes the traders used, I was impressed with the Gala ones so bought one for my Patio and Garden get togethers and I am very happy with my choice, a bit nervous the first time of raising and lowering but need not have worried, once we had done it once its now a piece of cake and I can do it single handed, the secret is get it half way open by walking the legs out, then get inside and lift the centre up, it works a treat, needless to say I am delighted with my purchase, top quality product.

I found the company very good, I had orders the wrong size and so had to return for a refund but had asked them not to put the. Money in my account but to call me to purchase the bigger size. They did call me and arrange the purchase. The delivery time was within 48 hours
