Gala Tent at The Showman's Show 2026: Stand 242
Gala Tent is exhibiting at The Showman's Show 2026 at Newbury Showground on Wednesday 21 and Thursday 22 October. You will find us on stand 242, a 12m x 18m outdoor stand with the full spread of our range set up, kitted out and ready to walk through.
We are bringing heavy-duty pop-up gazebos, a section of the Fusion modular marquee, INFL8 inflatable shelters, our new transparent and white PVC canopies, and plenty of accessories. There are games to play, prizes to win and a show offer for everyone who stops by.

Look for the inflatable arch at the front of the stand. Ryan, Andrew, Jack, Fin, Dan and Declan will be on hand across both days to talk through sizes, frames, branding and lead times, so bring your questions, your venue measurements or your existing gazebo problems.
The 6m x 6m Pro 60 salesroom
The heart of the stand is a 6m x 6m Pro 60 gazebo set up as our salesroom. It is floored with Swisstrax modular flooring, furnished with inflatable and folding trade tables, and lined with panoramic banners showing the rest of the range.
It is the largest square footprint in the Gala Shade pop-up range, and seeing one up close is the quickest way to understand how much space a pop-up can give you. Come in out of the weather, have a brew and see the frame for yourself.

The Fusion modular marquee
Set end-on to the aisle, a 6m x 3m section of the Fusion modular marquee shows the frame profile, roof and wall system of our commercial marquee range at full height.
Fusion is built from aluminium frame sections and PVC roofing, and it grows in bays. Start with the 6m x 6m and extend it with 3m add-on bays to suit venues, hospitality areas, sports grounds and long-term covered space.

INFL8 inflatables: a festive dome and an arch entrance
In the centre of the stand sits a 4m x 4m INFL8 inflatable shelter, dressed as a festive scene. It is a good look at how an inflatable shelter works as a showpiece for seasonal events, grottos and brand activations.
You will walk onto the stand through an INFL8 inflatable arch, flanked by our outdoor A-frame banners. Arches are one of the simplest ways to mark an entrance, a start line or a finish line, and like the rest of the INFL8 range they can be fully printed with your branding.
Both inflate in minutes with no poles or metal frame.
A 4m x 10m Pro 60 dressed as a party tent
Our 4m x 10m Pro 60 gives 40 square metres of cover in a single pop-up structure, and at the show it is dressed as a party tent, complete with disco lights.
It is there to show what a big pop-up can do once it is lined, lit and furnished. If you run parties, functions or hospitality, it is worth a look alongside our party gazebos, linings and LED globe lights.
The 4m x 10m is also available in a white PVC finish.
New for 2026: transparent and white PVC canopies
The show is a good chance to see our new PVC canopy finishes in person.
A 3m x 3m Pro 60 with the new transparent covers is on the stand, so you can stand underneath it and see how much light and visibility it keeps. The full range is on the transparent gazebos page.
The white PVC finish is heavier, fire retardant and wipe-clean, and runs from the 3m x 3m Pro 60 and 3m x 4.5m Pro 50 up to 4m x 10m. See the PVC gazebos range for every size.

Accessories, anchorage and the bits that make a set-up work
Every structure on the stand is anchored properly, so it doubles as a live demonstration of our marquee and gazebo weights, storm straps and pegs. If your current set-up relies on a few bags of sand, come and have a look.
Inside the salesroom you will find a selection of tent accessories, including weights, storm kits, pegs, ground bars, marquee lining, lighting and folding trade tables. If you already own a Gala Shade gazebo, we can also help with spare parts.
