What persuaded mean to buy a gala tent, marquee was after extensive research on the different manufacturers out there, I felt overall with me making one or two compromises depending on which company was better at doing one thing or another, gala tents came out as my best choice. The prices for the Marquee were a much the same once you factor in any special deals, but the quality of the after sales service was only going to be experienced once I bought the marquee. On that note I was glad that I went with gala tent as it turned out that I had a few issues and questions. On contacting them via phone and email my mind was put to ease, that they would rectify any issues that I have. I advised them we had already erected the marquee and we felt it was safe to use in our opinion, so I would contact them after my event. on contacting them after the event I advise a couple of other things had gone wrong with the marquee, they asked for everything to be listed in an email to them which I got a prompt response to, I was happy with them agreeing to the issues that I had encounterd. They made up a parcel for me for the replacement parts and it arrived the next day. I am very happy with their complaints procedure and their delivery service. I would happily recommend gala tents, I would like to give a special thanks to three of the colleagues that work at gala tents but I am sorry to say I can only remember two of their names Alex Cox and Cheech Bridges. PS the only reason I have given you a four-star rating and not five star is because I have only used the Marquee once so far, but I would happily give you a five-star rating as a company.Yours Sincerely Umesh Sachania

Incredibly helpful on the phone when working out what part I needed for an inherited pop up Gazebo! Part came quickly and was easy to replace.Replacement part was quite expensive given what it was, but a lot cheaper than a new Gazebo.

Ordered a new top and sides for my gazebo. There were dye sub. printed. The results are amazingly good. Art work process was easy to follow, and potential issues were flagged up and resolved quickly.

So far so good. Product looks good, only thing I found is the ground bars on my 3m gazebo don't pitch the post and it allowed it to slide up and down a bit causing wear and allows the side to flap. A rubber Insert would be good ????
