Good product, would buy again.

I bought a gazebo, sidewalls, side bars and anchoring kit with 2 x 3 metre trade tables. I use this kit for makers markets and pop up restaurants and can honestly say I don’t think you could buy a better quality gazebo. It’s easy to put up/down and made of high quality material as are the lantern and side panels which all zip together nicely.The tables I feel aren’t quite up to scratch. They are sometimes tricky to put the tops on which are very heavy and can be a little awkward. The base they sit on in my opinion isn’t sturdy enough. It’s square legged and feels lightweight to me. There are other brands similar to this with sturdier bases and lighter tops and I will probably replace with these at some point. So I’d give the tables 2.5 stars out of 5 if this was a separate review. Having used this kit now for two months regularly I feel I can review this equipment confidently. The gazebo is awesome, really good solid piece of kit. Tables not for me. Customer service I’ve found to be excellent. Would definitely buy from Gala tent again no problem with that.

Bought the hex 55 deal with extras. Canopy had to be changed as had holes in it (was sent a replacement) still waiting on my Free Gazebo lights 2 months in and the sun shade awning brackets don't fit the frame, but overall the gazebo is strong and solid.

We love our gazebo it’s very sturdy and the fabric feels very good quality. My only criticism would be that the leg wights don’t work very well if you wish to have the sides on. When you put the leg weights on you can’t attach the Velcro on the side panels to the legs. The Velcro’s isn’t long enough to go round the leg weights. We are thinking of purchasing Velcro To make an extension to the side wall Velcro to go round the leg Weight bags. That I think they should have come with it

Gala Tent has nice customer service but the thing that sell their products is the quality! I'm in to racing and have a 3x6meter gazeboo as padoc tent. The one i have now is 8-10 years and still in good shape. I bought a spare roof for it now as the old one starts to get thin.Downside is their shipping prices to Sweden is way to high!

The products from Gala are excellent and delivery next day is fantastic. I found them through Google and ordered more when I realised I needed a few extras. The 4 stars not 5 however is for the sales side. Too many emails to sign up for a mailing list and the first time I called to speak to a sales person they just didn't listen to what I needed, but kept telling me I needed the most expensive model. I didn't! This almost put me off buying again - luckily the product quality from the first delivery was enough to continue to buy. So, Gala - please less sales talk - it isn't 1986 - and more honest advice to get more custom.

Good product easy to use and quick delivery

The sales process was good and 2 gazebos we ordered were delivered very quickly. The quality of the gazebos appear to be very good and it is very pleasing to buy British. There is a however though. We have a small issue and trying to get hold of customer service is not easy. Long waits on the phone, and very slow turn around on email. I am sure the response will be Covid, however that didn’t seem to affect the sales team.

I want to select 5 stars, but it won’t let me! The service could not be bettered. Delivery was very prompt and the product jexcellent.

All fine apart from DHL delivery who did not follow instructions to call me before delivery so I was not there, it was left in the unlocked garden etc.etc.

Whilst the product is perfectly fit for purpose, I ordered during the perfect storm (someone else had just placed an order for 150x the same item) and different bits of the order arrived at different times. So whilst that was a bit frustrating the supplier did communicate very clearly about the situation and explored options.

Not really much to add to all the other positive reviews, The gazebo has been up all over the weekend through the 30 MPH winds and its still standing, just a sand bag on each leg and its not moved, happy days. 10/10

I have only purchased the Gala Tent Gazebo PMX 6m x 3m with other accessories. Looking at the items, they look robust and heavy duty. The frames of the gazebo is heavy, it needs two people to carry it. This demonstrates the quality of the gazebo compared to cheap ones. I hope Gala tent could include the castor wheels within the price. This will help in assemble of the gazebo by two people and easy to move within the garden. I agree they have a separate carrying bag with wheels which you purchase separately. The carrying bag and wheels should be included in the price except the customer refused to have them. They will make Gala Tent better than other suppliers who do not have similar facilities. I will give further review after I have used it.

Bought a new leg for our Gazebo as one was damaged when it blew away in a gale. It took a while to get one but it was delivered as promised and was easy to fit. The Gazebo seems fine again now but I don't recommend putting it up in a strong wind.

This is by far the best gazebo we have bought , it was easy to put up and it is so well made . The reason I only gave it 4 and not 5 stars being that we were a bit disappointed that the support strings didn't come with it for want they cost .
